All checked US platforms are available now. Xbox launched September 3, 2026 after being delayed from the July 23 multi-platform release.
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game released July 23, 2026 on PS5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam. Its US Xbox release followed on September 3, 2026 after a last-minute delay from that July launch wave.
| US platform | Status on September 4 |
|---|---|
| PlayStation 5 | Available since July 23 |
| Nintendo Switch | Available since July 23 |
| Nintendo Switch 2 | Available since July 23 |
| Windows PC via Steam | Available since July 23 |
| Xbox Series X|S / Xbox PC | Available since September 3 |
The Xbox delay remains historically accurate: publisher and developer notices pushed Xbox from the July 23 multi-platform launch to September 3 because of backend issues. That delay is finished. The US Xbox product page lists a September 3, 2026 release date, and Microsoft’s catalog shows Purchase/Fulfill availability from that timestamp at the checked Standard price of $29.99.
The checked US prices are $29.99 for Standard and $49.99 for Digital Deluxe. A $19.99 Deluxe upgrade is listed on PlayStation for players who already own Standard. Store amounts and promotions can change; compare current entitlements on the edition page.
Xbox Wire Brazil also mentions an Xbox One version, while the US PM Studios and Xbox listings emphasize Xbox Series X|S and PC. For a US buying answer, do not assume Xbox One compatibility until the US product listing shows it for the exact edition.
