WHAT CHANGED

V1.009 adds ingredient containers to existing kitchens, adjusts customer and staff behavior, repairs save and restaurant-flow failures, and lists two unresolved issues.

Pizza House Simulator v1.009 adds more ingredient containers to every kitchen, including existing saves after the next launch. It also changes low-customer recovery, Fry Cook restocking, staff payroll, saving, table flow, pathing, repairs, and multiplayer synchronization.

What v1.009 changes

AreaV1.009 change
Kitchen storageEvery kitchen gets additional ingredient containers; existing saves receive them on the next launch
Customer flowA sufficiently progressed restaurant that had no customers for a while may receive extra customers the following day, unless it is already busy
Fry CookPrepares fries when potato stock drops below the desired amount
Staff payrollPayments leave a small safety reserve instead of completely emptying the register
Save menuRe-synchronizes with files on disk; fixes missing or invalid slots, wrong-slot overwrites, and duplicated tools or equipment after loading
IngredientsFixes cutting, transfer, reload, amount, duplication, and empty-freezer-container errors
Orders and tablesReleases Pizza Rack slots from closed or reserved orders, corrects table labels, seats queued customers when a table opens, and clears tables after early departures
Staff and repairsFixes workers teleporting outside walkable areas or getting stuck, plus broken-station tutorial and repair-objective failures
MultiplayerRe-synchronizes guest-rolled dough, held items, item effects, and sounds

The patch also corrects interaction text while holding items or the repair tool, the appearance of filled wine glasses, and serving-tray slot visuals after an item is removed.

Known issues in v1.009

  • A small number of players may still see Station Upgrades or Decorations locked after reaching the required level. The developer says the progression is safely stored and remains under investigation.
  • Outdoor ground may appear transparent on some PCs. That rendering problem is also under investigation.

Do not delete an affected save or restart progression solely to work around the listed unlock issue. The official note does not give a manual unlock fix or resolution date.

What remains from v1.008

V1.009 does not replace the previous staffing baseline: v1.008 allows up to two Pizza Chefs, two Waiters, and two Bussers per role, gives Pizza Stations shared ingredient storage, and removes Waiter breaks. A level-four Pizza Chef perk can increase that shared capacity.

For role decisions and exact blocked-task checks, use the staff and roles guide. For the complete restaurant map, return to Pizza House Simulator.
