How the game plays
The story takes place fifteen years before A Plague Tale and follows Sophia to Minotaur's Island. Sophia uses close combat, parries, a grapple, exploration, and a stolen sphere that manipulates light in environmental puzzles. The story shifts between her medieval period and ancient Minoan times.
The official descriptions do not establish exact parry timing, puzzle routes, upgrade strength, or performance outside the published PC targets. Steam publishes concrete targets: minimum aims at 1080p/30 on Low, while recommended aims at 1080p/60 on Ultra.
Buying boundary
Steam listed the base game at $49.99 and the Heritage Pack at $3.99 on August 31. Eligible preorders received the pack free. The Steam DLC requires the Steam base game; it does not prove a matching PlayStation or Xbox offer, and Game Pass access to the base game does not by itself include the DLC.
